Emterra’s $40,000 Donation Supports Cancer Care in Niagara Region
Niagara Region residents helped fight cancer with their recycling boxes last year and as a result of how much they recycled, Emterra Environmental presented a cheque for close to $40,000 to OneFoundation for Niagara Health System in support of cancer care in the region.

Today Emterra Environmental announced its investment of $5.25 million in establishing a compressed natural gas (CNG) fuelling station and launching a fleet of CNG waste and recycling collection trucks in Chilliwack, BC. Emterra provides waste and recycling services for the City of Chilliwack.

Environmentally-Friendly Recycling Services Coming to BC’s Capital Regional District
Emterra Environmental, a Canadian leader in recycling resources management and waste diversion, has been awarded its second consecutive contract with British Columbia’s Capital Regional District (CRD) to provide recycling collection services to 124,000 homes in 13 municipalities including Colwood, Equismalt, Highlands, Langford, Metchosin, Oak Bay, Saanich, Central Saanich, North Saanich, Sidney, Sooke, Victoria and View Royal, as well as the Juan de Fuca electoral area.
